These terms apply to your Chrono account and use of the Chrono service, provided by PitPath UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Creating an Account

To create an account, you must provide your first name, last name, and email address. Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep your details up to date. Do not create an account in someone else’s name without permission.

2. Account Security

Keep your sign-in details private and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. Contact us at office@pitpath.net if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

Use Chrono lawfully and respect other users. Do not impersonate others, misuse personal data, access accounts or systems without permission, or disrupt the service. Paid services are subject to the pricing and additional terms agreed separately with you.

4. Your Personal Data

We use your first name, last name, and email address to create and manage your account, identify you within the service, and contact you about your account. Agreeing to these terms does not constitute consent to marketing. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your account data, contact office@pitpath.net. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data on this website.

5. Account Closure and Availability

You can request account closure by contacting us. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms or protect the service and its users. Chrono may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
